Terms & Conditions

1. Service Engagement

Fefehnosi provides legal advisory services in regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. Engagement begins upon written instruction and acceptance. Fees are outlined in separate engagement letters and invoiced upon service delivery or agreed milestones.

2. Intellectual Property

All work product, advice, and documents prepared by Fefehnosi remain our confidential property unless otherwise agreed. You retain rights to information provided by you; Fefehnosi retains rights to methodologies and templates developed independently.

3. Confidentiality & Attorney-Client Privilege

Communications between you and Fefehnosi are confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege under Malaysian law. We will not disclose information without your consent, except as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Fefehnosi's liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Legal advice is based on information provided by you; we assume no responsibility for incomplete or inaccurate disclosures.

5. Fees & Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments accrue interest at 5% per annum. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices exceeding 60 days.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for all accrued fees and expenses. We will return your documents promptly.

7. Compliance & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arise under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. By engaging Fefehnosi, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia and jurisdictions relevant to your matter.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and GDPR where applicable. We collect only information necessary for service delivery and legal compliance. Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Changes to Terms

Fefehnosi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
